Tay Fisher is determined to pick out the best coaching staff around, so that the camp can be successful. He picks coaches similar to himself; great personality, that want to make each camper a better player and give them alot of information they can leave the camp with. Tay wants their willingness and determination to not stop after the camp, but to continue further on. Every staff member that Tay assigns at his camp has tremedous knowledge and loyalty for the game. Most importantly they are well coached on meeting the camp goals. Either they used to play basketball or are currently still playing basketball either in college or professionally. If Tay had to sum up his entire coaching staff in three words, he would say " They are winners". They won championships either in high school, college, professionally or all three. Therefore, their knowledge, passion and dedication for basketball will be taught properly to each camper.
